Company Background
Wildcat One Director Pat Tomlin established the business in 1997. Pat's background includes significant experience within the utilities, pharmaceuticals and media industries. She is a Chartered HR professional who has also held roles in business strategy and planning, performance improvement and commercial development.
Pat's qualifications include an MBA and an MA(Hons). She is a fully qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
